Ohioans for Healthcare Freedom, Inc. is an independent, nonprofit organization exempt from federal taxation under section 501 (c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and is registered as an Ohio ballot issue PAC. Contributions to Ohioans for Healthcare Freedom are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. There are no limits on the amounts that may be contributed to Ohioans for Healthcare Freedom, Inc. by an individual, corporation, union, or trade association. Contributions to Ohioans for Healthcare Freedom, Inc. do not count against an individual's biennial aggregate contribution limit under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended.
